Intro to Allstar Cheer
Ready to step into the world of Allstar cheer? This high-energy, practice-style class is your chance to experience the thrill of team training before the season begins! Athletes will jump, stunt, tumble, and perfect sharp motions—building the strong foundation needed to shine on the mat. Whether you're new to Allstar or gearing up for a half-year team, this class brings the action, the skills, and the fun! Ages: 6+.

Base Building
Base Building is a strength class geared towards bases and backspots. Athletes will strengthen their basing basics through drills and strength training. This class will help break down the technical components of basing and backspotting while increasing athlete’s muscle strength and awareness required for stunting at all levels. Age: +5 years.

Preschool Tumbling
[Beginner Level 1]
This fun and energetic class is designed specifically for our youngest athletes! Preschool Tumbling introduces basic gymnastics and tumbling skills in a playful, supportive environment. Through age-appropriate activities, children will develop coordination, balance, strength, and flexibility—all while building confidence and listening skills. Our caring instructors use creative movement, games, and simple obstacle courses to keep little ones engaged and moving. No experience needed—just a readiness to have fun and explore movement! Age: 3-4 years.

Tiny Tumbling
[Beginner Level 1]
Tiny Tumbling is the perfect introduction to movement and tumbling fundamentals for young athletes! This class focuses on proper body shapes and control while building strength and coordination. Athletes will learn key skills like rolls, handstands, and more — all with a focus on safe, correct technique. Big fun for tiny tumblers! Age: 4-6 years.

Intro to Level 1 Tumbling will focus on proper shapes and body control in basic tumbling skills. Athletes will work on training proper technique for skills such as rolls, handstands, and even beginner steps for walkovers. Age: +5 years.

[Level 3]
Tucks class will focus on all things tucks. Athletes will work on the proper shapes and safety required for Punch Fronts and Running Tucks. This class is meant for athletes transitioning from perfected Elite Level 2 tumbling to Level 3. Age: +7 years.

Take your acro skills to the next level with our Aerial class! This class is designed for athletes ready to master the no-handed cartwheel—also known as the aerial. Through strength drills, flexibility training, and progressive techniques, athletes will build the power, control, and confidence needed to land this impressive skill. Perfect for dancers, cheerleaders, and acro enthusiasts looking to add some wow-factor to their routines!. Age: +7 years.

Tucks to Layouts will focus on proper shape, power, and connection required for Level 4 tumbling skills—such as Layouts, Punch Front Stepouts, Whips, and Standing Handsprings to Tucks. This class is meant for athletes mastering their level 3 tumbling and working to progress to level 4 tumbling. Age: +7 years.

Twisting

Jumps & Flexibility is a strength based class packed with drills to increase athletes range of motion, power and control. This class is a strength-based class meant to improve flexibility, endurance, and overall technique. Ages: 7+.

Flight School
Flight School is a class for flyers. Flyers will get hands-on stunting, work flexibility and strength through various drills to improve their skill set. Priority registration will be given to athletes that are currently choreographed flyers at Northern Elite. Age: +5 years.
